The last two decades has seen a progressive evolution in the recognition of victims’ right to justice and an effective remedy and more focus on survivor-centred approaches to justice and peacebuilding initiatives. Using victim-focused and gender-sensitive analysis tools, transformative capacity-development strategies and inclusive decision-making processes, I work to support programmes and initiatives designed to advance the rights of survivors and women.
